Training at Karl Klink
The training of highly-qualified specialists has a long tradition at Karl Klink. As long ago as 1956, attention was paid to the demand for effective and successful professional training with the building and setting up of a separate training workshop. Most of the long-serving workers at all levels of the company were recruited from among former trainees.
The content of training and the mechanical equipment have always been adapted in line with technical developments.
With their practical and relevant content, special training programs in the various departments support training in both the trainee workshop and at school.
